Raising conservation campaigns is a bit like raising kids. They’re birthed, nurtured, prodded along, and one day you hope they make the world a better place in their own small way.
They become sustainable.
The little surprises are often the most gratifying. Like this morning when I got word that our Water – Use It Wisely campaign website and its water-saving tips are featured as a buildup to tonight’s CBS Evening News’ story on America’s Dwindling Water Supply.
Our 11-year-old conservation campaign is out there doing big things. We’re such proud parents. Can you tell?
